Learning Tai Chi at Cheltenham Gloucester Tai Chi is informal and relaxed. All classes are taught by a qualified experienced instructor. The Tai Chi taught is authentic Chen style – the original style of Tai Chi.
Tai Chi improves posture, balance, flexibility and muscle strength. It is a great mind and body exercise increasing levels of co-ordination and relaxation.
Although informal – classes follow a set syllabus in order to develop basic Tai Chi skills in the student. Over time these skills are developed to allow the student to practise, improve and appreciate all aspects of Tai Chi. Classes are always interactive and questions are very welcome.
There are day and evening classes available at locations suitable for Cheltenham, Gloucester and Bredon (Tewkesbury) & Winchcombe. Qigong & Movement classes are also available at some locations.
Classes are available for both beginners and people with more experience. All ages and abilities are welcome. You can join at any time during the year.
