Update: Many thanks to everyone who came along to the Tai Chi in the Park during July – we may have to rename it to Tai Chi in the Rain! Here are some photos from the final session – when we actually had some lovely sunshine.

Time again for our FREE fun practice Tai Chi sessions over the summer! Suitable for all levels – including beginners – taking place in July in Cheltenham. Come along and experience the wonderful energy of practicing Tai Chi out of doors.

Saturday July 15th 10-11am – Hatherley Park, Cheltenham GL51 3AL.

Saturday July 22nd 10-11am – Hatherley Park, Cheltenham GL51 3AL.

Saturday July 29th 10-11am – Wellington Square Park, Cheltenham GL50 4JS. This small park is very close to Pittville Park where free parking is available for 4 hrs.

Bring a hat in case of sunshine or showers!!
