- Tai Chi – Beginners & Improvers – 10.15-11.15am
- Easy Chi – Absolute Beginners 11.15am-12.15pm. An absolute beginners class incorporating elements from Tai Chi, Qigong (Chi Kung) and Yiquan to improve posture, balance, movement and mind-body connection.
