Qigong Practice

A Tai Chi class geared to absolute beginners or those with very minimal experience. We work our way through some basic movements and techniques and very slowly introduce the beginning of the Tai Chi Form.

These sessions are arranged when there is sufficient demand – so if you would like to be notified when the next session is running please contact me.  I will then add you to the list of people who have expressed an interest and contact you once the date of the session is available.
