Easy Chi

This class uses simple movements and imagery to encourage the flow of natural energy in the body. It includes elements from various Chinese Internal Arts such as Tai Chi, Qigong and Yiquan and combines these to develop good posture, movement and mind-body connection. It differs from a normal Tai Chi class with a lot less emphasis on learning and remembering a complex pattern of movement (‘the form’).
