December 2014/January 2015 – Tai Chi Residential Training in Morocco

Six of the best!  For the sixth year running I had the pleasure of visiting Morocco for intensive Tai Chi training with Karel & Eva Koskuba of the Chinese Internal Arts Association and other Tai Chi friends. We were blessed by long sunny days which allowed lots of practice and learning to take place. Laojia, Xinjia, Paochui, Weapons, Pushing Hands, Standing  – the list goes on. A great boost after the excesses of December and a reminder that there is so much to improve and ‘perfect’.
