Other Locations – As I am based close to Worcestershire I can teach Tai Chi in Worcester, Malvern, Evesham and surrounding areas. This is currently available for small groups and individuals – just contact me for details.
Joining – if you are coming along for the first time it helps if you can let me know in advance.
Clothing – loose/comfortable clothing is best with flat shoes or trainers.
