COVID restrictions mean that classes can no longer be held indoors.

Online Tai Chi  classes are available for all levels including beginners. Normal classes to resume once regulations permit.

 

Class Essentials

To join any group – let me know you are coming along or if you have any questions. Wear whatever you find comfortable – no dress code!

Class fees:  £8 – pay as you go , £7 – block bookings  (10 classes – £70).
